There’s nothing like a good breakfast to get the day off to a good start!!!
Hot drinks and squeezed oranges are made on the spot to preserve all their aroma.
They are accompanied by homemade brioches or cakes.
To go along with your toasts, you will find home-made jams made in Argelès Gazost by L’Atelier de Suzanne (the fruit comes from producers in the Hautes Pyrenees and Pyrénées Atlantiques) and honey from the Hautes Pyrenees.
It will be served on the big common table until 10 am and could be an opportunity to exchange about the region and its activities to help you organize your day.
La ferme de Couty allows you to share dinner around the common table, for a moment of conviviality and good company.
I cook with passion according to the seasons with fresh and local products. My inspirations are our origins (Lorraine for me, Savoyard for my husband), our beautiful region of the Pyrenees and others. I obtained my CAP Cuisine passed as a free candidate in 2019 and my CAP Pâtissier in 2018. I followed a training course at the Occitanie Hotel School in Toulouse in professional reconversion where I was able to acquire additional knowledge in the hotel and restaurant business with several chefs and pastry chefs among others.
Let me know if you have any food aversions or allergies, I will adjust my menu. For your little ones, I can prepare small jars of fresh products.
On reservation, the menu with starter, main course, dessert and wine, is 20 € for adults, 12 € for children under 12 years old.
